These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of businesscashguide.com and the services offered by Business Cash Guide (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting a funding request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What we do — and don’t do
Business Cash Guide is a loan-matching and information service, not a lender, broker of record, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, issue loans, or guarantee that you will be approved or funded. We introduce you to third-party lenders and funding providers who independently decide whether and on what terms to offer you financing.
2. No guarantee of funding or terms
Any amounts, rates, fees, or timelines shown on the site are general industry examples, not offers, and may not reflect what any lender will offer you. Actual terms depend on the lender and your business’s qualifications. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend.
3. Eligibility and your information
You must be at least 18 and authorized to request financing on behalf of your business. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you consent to us sharing it with a matched lender as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Our guides, tools, and other content are for general educational purposes only and are not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Funding decisions carry real costs and risks. Consult a qualified professional before entering any financing agreement.
5. Third-party lenders and links
We are not responsible for the products, terms, conduct, websites, or privacy practices of any third-party lender or funding provider. Your relationship with a lender is solely between you and that lender.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
